Terms & Conditions

Operational Conditions apply on all flights. The prices as stated on this website are for the entire flight, and do not depend on the number of passengers flying. All flight times are an approximate and depend on operational conditions (weather, ATC, etc.) Bookings can be made via email and/or phone and are only confirmed upon full payment of fare. Flights cancelled by pilot due to weather will be rescheduled or offer a 100% refund. A full refund applies for all reservations cancelled outside 24 hours of tour. If cancelled within 24 hours no refund. All flights subject to pilot discretion, weather conditions and availability. The Pilot-in-Command will have the final decision. Prices inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice, please contact our office for most up to date prices.

Flights are covered by airline passenger liability insurance. Strahan Helicopters will not accept liability for failure to make connections with any other service. We reserve the right to refuse carriage – intoxicated persons will be refused carriage and no refund payable. Due to Aviation Regulations we require all passenger’s names and weights before the flight. Please advise us if you will be bringing luggage on board, weight conditions apply to all flights.

Should a client advise a weight variance of more than 10%, the right is reserved to cancel and no refund will apply. Meals and refreshments are not included so as to allow flexibility of your choice.
